UMBRELLA RIGS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED IN THE ARKANSAS DIVISION
LOCKING IS PERMITTED
7/28 AND 7/29 PINE BLUFF POOL WILL BE A 2 DAY TOURNAMENT WITH DOUBLE ENTRIES AND DOUBLE POINTS.
AOY WILL BE AWARDED AS RIVER KINGS OF THE ARKANSAS RIVER.
