These fees are non-refundable with the exception of event cancellation or date changes. You must notify the director no later than 18 hours prior to the event if you cannot attend to move your payment to another event. Failure to do so will result in loss of fees and your team no longer being allowed to place deposits on events at Cedar Lake. Why?
